Refund Policy

Due to the organic, food-grade nature of our Yucca Powder, we cannot accept physical returns once shipped. However, your purchase is completely risk-free: if your package arrives damaged, compromised, or defective, we will happily send a free replacement right away.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once an order has entered our fulfillment pipeline, we are unable to stop or accept a physical return of the package.

We inspect every order prior to shipment to ensure optimal packaging and seal integrity. In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, unsealed, or compromised in transit:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery .

2. Share Photos: Provide a quick photo of the outer shipping box and damaged product/seal so we can document the shipping carrier issue.

3. Once verified, we will work out a solution to make sure you are 100% happy.
